Unlike some designers you may have worked with, we're grown up about business. We pre-quote every job; we meet deadlines; the finished product is better than you expected; the invoice says what we promised. It's a "no nasty surprises" attitude, which we, in turn, demand from our suppliers. You'll find us enthusiastic and involved in your business. We'll dig that bit deeper into a brief to begin with. We want to know what the results were afterwards, and how we could improve them. We want our work to work for you, because your success is our success. At the same time, we believe that a businesslike approach doesn't preclude enjoying what we do. You'll find the atmosphere in our studio relaxed and congenial (occasionally manic, usually untidy!).
